Sony's latest Showcase was just a few days ago and... it said NOTHING about this! Weird marketing aside, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, developed by Insomniac Games, is one of the most anticipated games that PC players wanted to come over from PlayStation, and it's finally happening! The game was released on July 21st 2021 exclusively for the PS5, and it was notable for its use of the console's SSD to quickly change locations.

The port for the game is developed by Nixxies Software, who were responsible for the two Spider-Man games, so their track record is pretty good. We sadly don't have the system requirements for the game, but we can take a look at one of their previous games, Miles Morales, to get an idea of how much juice you'll need to run the game:

Granted, Miles was also on PS4, and we don't know which version was used for the PC port, so R&C will very likely have higher requirements.

In terms of that the port will bring, notable inclusions are a variety of ultra-wide monitor resolutions (including triple-monitor setups), various raytracing technologies, and support for the DualSense controller so long as it's wired:

The game will retail for 60 USD and launch on July 26th on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
