Path of Exiles new league, Necropolis is adding in some huge changes to how we deal with sockets and quality currency, which are planned improvements that were teased for Path of Exile 2.
Currency spamming and Path of Exile go hand-in-hand and with that, worn out mouse buttons. If you want to put some Jeweler's Orbs or Orb of Fusings to get that perfect 6-link, now you'll be able to simply ctrl+left click to reapply currencies without the need to spam. The technology is finally there and oh boy is it quick. The update will also be available on consoles which allow you to use the equivalent button combination to reapply by holding down.
