Ray of Frost is also interesting with Stargazer Luna.
However, that Ray of Frost pretty much competes with the same slot as Shooting Star, depending on Token or Big targets. One is useless wherever the other is good. Maybe Frost is just more versatile for some extra Tempo.
Commander is a neat card, and an auto-include in any Paladin deck with a bunch of Secrets.
Ray of Frost might not be super efficient, but twinspell is the best use of the freeze/if frozen mechanic we've seen imo

Btw! Ray of Frost is a very nice cycle card with Gadgetzan Auctioneer. I have no idea if mage will need card draw but it's a possibility.
