Kemuri appears to be a Sunset Overdrive type of game, with the video featuring grindable rails and the ability to run up walls.
You are a "Yokai Hunter", which evidentially gives you the ability to flip and do a bunch of cool tricks, but it looks like a game that blends agility into combat.
