Donkey Kong fun doesn't just stop the DK Challenge though. With the DK Island and Emerald Rush DLCs, you can experience a limited time event collaborating with the main Super Mario series.
New outfits for DK and Pauline inspired by Mario and Luigi. Get coins and mushrooms, and break question mark blocks.
This event won't last forever though. In fact, it'll be gone before you know it. There are a total of 4 waves in which you can experience this event:
Wave 1 - June 9 to June 30
Wave 2 - July 14 to July 21
Wave 3 - August 4 to August 11
Wave 4 - August 15 to September 1
