Steam Summer Sale 2026 Has Started - Get Huge Discounts Across the Entire Platform Until July 9

It's summer, and we're nearly halfway through the year which means it's time for the second super big sale of 2026. It's the Steam Summer Sale of 2026... though is it more appropriate to call it the Winter Sale if you live on the Southern Hemisphere?

No matter where you live though, now is the perfect chance to receive huge discounts across the entire Steam platform. You've got two weeks to buy games at incredibly high discounts. Sometimes, some of the highest they've ever been. The best place to check is your wishlist, and if you want to do some gifting, look at your friends' wishlists too.

We've also got a huge list of games we've reviewed in the past if you want to expand your horizons further.

RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 is currently free on the Epic Games store instead of the 75% discount it's on Steam for during the sale. The downside is of course, using the Epic Games store. OpenTTD was delisted as a standalone option, and can now only be purchased with Transport Tycoon Deluxe, which is currently 30% off.
