RollerCoaster Tycoon Wonderworks Brings the Series Back to Its Isometric Roots

It's official. A new RollerCoaster Tycoon game is in the works! It's RollerCoaster Tycoon Wonderworks.

After the massive flop that was RollerCoaster Tycoon World, you'd be forgiven for having fear struck into your veins once again.

Fear not though because this game takes the franchise back to its original isometric roots. It worked for Parkitect. Shall it work for RollerCoaster Tycoon Wonderworks?

The game even looks to be a bit more customizable than the original games, with some new design options (and the ability to run the park for every month of the year) and features to make the game feel like a modern representation of the old isometric titles.

Will it work? Maybe. It's understandable to feel skeptical given how mistreated the series has been in years past, but this looks like the best chance yet. For now. The game will soon go into early access.
