You need two cards, and one of which is a singular copy in the deck. There's better cards to activate vendetta and fencer, if that's the goal.
sure, but it boosts the overall consistency while being a good card by itself.
The main point was that once you combo this your Vendetta is immediately active, which helps with protecting it and as long as he's alive you will always have an activator in hand which helps Fence.
Rotation is a good opportunity to try to build toward some kind of archetype like Secret Rogue, and Shadowjeweler Hanar could prove to be interesting support for a Secret/Thief Rogue, but without a sense of the full scope of the available secrets in Rogue, it's pretty hard to judge. At the moment, I think it's a bit underwhelming on its own, but Blackjack Stunner is good enough that this could be a good, but non-critical, reload tool for that deck.
2 Mana 1/5 with synergy. will def see play
Secret Thief Rogue.
And reference to Thanos and the Infinity Gems.
The flavor is over 9000!
Rogue never fails me with insta-crafts.
I'm pretty sure the gems are just a reference to the colors of the Secrets for the other classes.
They're both.
They started from secrets, and used the colors and board appearence to depict them as Gems (which is not obvious).
At that point it was even too easy to use a Draenei character as both the Jeweler and the Thanos ref.
Unfortunately thief rogue will lose most of their cards. Like Tess Greymane and Academic Espionage :(
Not in Wild!
Anyway, Thief Rogue stays playable in Standard with good Tempo cards.
Never thought we'd be seeing Secret Rogue :p
No gameplay video? I was rather looking forward to seeing it work.
There's got to be more secret support cards for rogue for this card to truly be value. On its own, its not really bad, considering that its only 2 mana. And with cards like Preparation you can legit get a train of secrets down and chances are there's going to be something that protects this card from being removed.
If it lives more than 1 turn, that's another secret train. So there's definitely something to this card, but I look forward to seeing more support cards for secret rogue.
Absolute Highroll would be to chain multiple Freezing Traps.
