Diablo IV's Community Rallies to Slay Moophisto and Unlock the Moomento Mori Mount Trophy

Diablo IV players are being called to the pasture, because Blizzard has kicked off The Divine Bovine Community Challenge and the whole herd needs to band together before the September 14 deadline. From now until then, the game's global World Boss has been taken over by Moophisto, a hulking brute of cattle carnage, and it's on all of us to end his reign of udder chaos.

From now until September 14, the global World Boss has been taken over by Moophisto—a hulking brute of cattle carnage. If players can defeat Moophisto 300,000 times to complete The Divine Bovine Community Challenge, a cow-veted reward will unlock for all players in Season of Hell’s Legacy—the Moomento Mori Mount Trophy.

Every player who participates in any Moophisto kill contributes 1 point toward his “cownter”. Contribute more points by killing him more than once. Once Moophisto's death “cownter” hits 300,000 defeats, this steer will finally be put to pasture.

Form a herd with your fellow Wanderers and strike down this mad cow. Each time he is sent back to the grass, it will eat away at his tyranny. Skim him to 1%, 2%, until you can remove him whole.

The reasons surrounding Moophisto’s unannounced arrival are shrouded in “moostery”. Whispers talk of a cult with bovine inclinations who summoned him to make Sanctuary his unending pasture to violently graze upon.
