Before I reactivated my premium membership via twitch prime I noticed that my account drop down was partially hidden behind the site navigation banner (HS Collection and Runeterra Collection were blocked by the Shop link).
Once premium was activated again it was no longer an issue.
This was on Google Chrome with a Just Black theme in case that is relevant.

Unable to replicate on my end - the layering appears to be correct with the menu for account stuff having a higher z-index than the nav bar.
Is your Chrome browser up to date? I'm on Chrome 93 FWIW.
I'm on Chrome version 94 myself.
