Accidentally deleted a post

Hey, I accidentally deleted the first post on my thread of my custom set. Is it possible for me or a mod to restore the post? I can't find any interface for it. Also, i don't really think it prompted me if deletion was okay? I was trying to hit the edit button.

If it's not possible, just let me know and I'll start a new thread. I've still got all my files.

  • It was automatically marked as spam. Our system we're working on is still quite iffy with large posts. I've removed the spam mark, so it should be back now.

    • Ah, yeah, I've been pushing edits pretty regularly, sometimes just a few minutes apart. Not surprised I got marked as spam.

  • So the post disappeared again. Must have been flagged again. Can a mod undo it? Is there anything that can be done to just permanently flag that post as 'okay'.

  • Yeah, same problem. Everytime I edit that post, it gets marked as spam and disappears. I realize bots are a problem, but the solution has become a bigger problem.

Can someone mark my thread as not-spam again?

  • Done.

    [edit]aaaaaaaand again.

  • And after two edits, its been marked as spam again.... seriously this spam filter is terrible. I tried to edit the thread title, got a server 500 internal error or something and the post dissappeared.

  • Just happened to the first post of my custom class thread. Can somebody restore it for me? Figured I'd post it here instead of making a new thread since we had the same issue.

      I've taken care of it.l

  • We've fully acknowledged that our spam system right now is... not ideal to say the least, but the system is learning over time.
