There is a button "Card" in the text editor that will make bbcode around highlighted text (ie card name). The highlighted text has to be without formatting tho (no bold, italic etc), so be careful about that. Or you can just write [card][/card] yourself, if it is easier for you (generally is for ppl with English keyboard due to the brackets being easily accessible).
