Locked/corrupted accounts

Hi.

I tried to register my username wendeee, but OOC told me that the user exists. It must have existed since hearthstation i believe. However, i am getting this when i try to login:

Server Error (500)

I tried to reset password, but that did not help.

So i was thinking that maybe there is something wrong with the account, so i registered a new username Wende (i used the same email address as for the first one, which might be an issue). I got inside this afternoon, but this evening it is dead as the first one for me.

So i created this one (with another email address, just to be sure) in order to post about it here, it might be bug.

What i find curious is that i see both my accounts on the member page on top: http://imgbox.com/AuIUiHj9 and when you click on them, you get the 500 error again. It happens to me also for another members (JoKeR, Wei).

  • Hey Flux,

    Just want to bring up that this problem still exists, where one can't log in again once you log out, and the page is directed to "Server Error (500)". Most likely it's the accounts being locked option that prevents people from logging in again. Probably some settings that prevents some suspicious or malicious activities or some sort.

  • Hey Flux. I just wanted to let you know that i can now login to my first account. I will beg for merging my old and new account in some relevant forum, or i will ask for deleting of the old one and renaming the new one accordingly.. Thanks.
