Hi, you have to go to your profile and select the border and title manually. If you dont have that option there, tell us and we will investigate further ;-)

They aren't there for me either. I decided to check on them as soon as I saw this post.
If they are aren't at the bottom of your account management page then they may just be bugged in some way. Flux will look into it asap.

Sorry about that guys, the script to refresh out auth to Twitch wasn't running so we couldn't get the list of subscribers. Rookie mistake!
