When on mobile I can not scroll the side menu. It just scrolls the main page. This makes accessing all the content of the website impossible for me on mobile (well at least in an easy way).

This issue is known, Flux mentioned it on discord earlier.
Update has gone out for today that has new deck listings. Should help with some mobile issues that were present on the page. Also Standard and Wild is an actual concept now for decks. https://outof.cards/forums/out-of-cards/site-updates/413-out-of-cards-changelog-2019-06-01 I know there's an issue with the nav and not being able to see all the choices on mobile.

Seconded, but i am glad I checked for a post before submitting.
Maybe you should do a "read me first" post in this forum with a 'quick glance' list of the problems people have listed to stop others from posting the same problem.
