What Are You Playing? - Oozy October 2026

Whoa, Flux making a monthly playing thread? Hell yeah!

Let us know what you're playing this month and how your gaming journey goes by swinging back and providing updates on crushing that back catalog.

  • What are you playing today?

  • What are your plans for the weekend?

  • Are there any new games you are looking forward to this month?

Don't forget to play Sidequest here on Out of Games! We have bosses now.

    I'll join in first!

I played WARDOGS last month. That's where pretty much all my gaming time went. I did dig a tiny but into WoW Forever specifically to try out the controller support and I gotta say, it works well! If this game isn't on XBOX in like 6 months, idk wtf Blizzard is doing. I would plug my XBOX back in if it means I could sit on the couch and play WoW for an hour a night just to get away from my computer. I'm on my computer all day, I don't like always being on it all night too.

This month I expect more WARDOGS action. I'll also be playing Clickbait Tycoon and of course, Sidequest right here on Out of Games because those bosses aren't going to kill themselves - am I supposed to make an Epstein joke here?

I'm saving my WoW playing for next month when Forever actually drops. I would love to pickup Dragonwilds again but my buddy I play that with has been quite busy this past month so that's on hold until we can both jump back in together. With WoW: Forever and GTA 6 coming though... yikes. I don't know when the time will exist.

Oh, me and @Glorlix played a round of WarCraft III the other night against computers. That was hilarious because our first game we got absolutely stomped. The graphical improvements they dropped are so damn good. No longer does WC3 feel like it was designed in someone's stinky basement.

It seems that there are so many indie racing games coming out, and it's hard to keep up with all of them. Here's a free one that just released a few days ago, with a Burnout-esque takedown system... and only one track... and every racer is some variation of the girl on the cover with different colored clothes... and some really buggy achievements. But hey, it was fun while it lasted.

My current grind right now is to go through all of the MotoGP games, and also Railway Empire, and Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time. Actually trying to fully complete that game will be a nightmare, but I'm fully determined at the moment.

Of course, there's also the Autumn Fest starting today that will put a wrench through those plans when I inevitably buy even more games, and make everything take even longer to do. At least I know I won't have "nothing to do" for a really long time.

    • That font color and design are certainly a choice. I can barely read it lol.

  • I've been all over the place with my gaming, putting more hours into Cassette Beasts, Elden Ring, and Monster Hunter Wilds. I installed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered to give that a go on Steam, but I haven't started it yet.

I've been having trouble keeping my attention and motivation for gaming again. I might need to take a break and read a book or something.
