Probably bad, but wont know until we actually get to play DK. But from the sneak peak of cards and reveal video, I just dont see it. Maybe under the unholy build? Because if you can keep a board then this card is just 15 damage without a silence counter.
Problem range from cost to needing a undead minion to even do anything useful. At 8 mana, the card has to either end games or stabilize board. This card does neither unconditionally. And (need check) there's a possibility of it buffing itself too, which substantially reduces its powerlevel. Bonemare was key during a time where the meta was slower, and that card allowed you to choose. This card is not just slower even than bonemare (which incidentally sees no play even as we speak in standard) but doesn't allow you to choose.
Synergizes with hp too, but lets be real here. You're not going to spend 10 mana to do 6 damage to face.
Bonemare on steroids.

5/5 minion + 5/1 reborned + 5/5 battlecry + 5/5 deathrattle + 5/5 reborned deathrattle = 25/21 stats for 8 mana
That's a pretty large buff. Weak body, but that should make it easier to kill for the deathrattle buff. Plus there are a lot of ways to trigger deathrattles without killing a minion. Especially if you're Rogue.
Oh Bonemare, how you've been powercrept :P luckily the keywords here are friendly Undead or this would slot into any midrange or control deck.
As long as there are good undead minions, or some other good synergy this will be a very strong card.

Expected, but happy that my expectations were not subverted!
Unnerfed Bonemare doesn't see play right now. This is better but still very slow. Unless there's some really strong Midrange UNdead deck this just seems a bit outdated.
We've come a long way from hard running Bonemares in our decks...
Don't think we want one that only buffs Undeads either.
