Seems awkward at the best of times. Not sure how good it will be given that it encourages having both a lot of units and a lot of uses for spell mana. It seems a bit too awkward to equal out but maybe some broken combo exists that I don't have in mind.
This card is the definition of a heimerdinger rating: baseline is bad but in the right (ephemeral? ) deck this is really strong (since it's free mana/carddraw every round)
