The Timmiest card in the game.
On the competitive level:
People are gonna play him with Thresh and then cast Atrocity that's what gonna happen.
This guy in league is so small I am happy they did justice to his lore in runeterra.
I'd say that the level up on this guy literally doesn't matter. If you are in a position where Aurelion and 10 more attack worth of units are on the board, you don't even need the 0 mana celestials because you have already won the game. The Level up is just a win more effect for a card that already likely takes things back under control for you if you get it on board without the enemy having lethal.
