Much better than Shen.
With just announced buffing cards (Blessing of Targon) is going to be amazing.
Don't forget about Arbiter of the Peak!
This card is bonkers, 2 units that have the unyielding spirit* effect on your board when you attack when lvled up.
Very good in combination with overwhelm cards since if you buff taric the supported overwhelm character has the buff aswell.
This will definitely be a cornerstone for the inevitable Targon-support decks.
Seems stronk.
Very easy to level up, and insanely powerful when he gets there. Fiora has a new best friend.
