Can't Create Singleton for Gauntlet?

So as title states.  I'm trying to create a singleton deck for the gauntlet and it's not letting me.  I go to my collection, select "singleton" under special rules, then I click "new deck". Try to add cards and the minute I try to add a 3rd region it errors out saying "you can't add more than 2 regions"

What gives? How the f am I supposed to create a singleton deck?  (I wasn't playing LoR last time there was a singleton gauntlet, didn't have time to play, so I apologize in advance if this has been answered before).

    • If you didn't figure it out within the last month, you have to click the singleton button inside the new deck. It's on the same screen where you can change the cover art.
