Hey look it's a worse ezreal TF deck.

All jokes aside, this list actually works incredibly well, it has a lot more Tempo and board presence then your average control list.

All those burst speed spells are great for leveling up Vi, and mf is just giving you free plunders.

I can't really do a turn by turn guide of this list, it's a little too involved.

Sometimes you're open passing to set up for big card steal turns

Other times you're flooding the board and playing for tempo

You just gotta get a feel for it
