This is a jank deck, where the Greatmother adds large spells to your deck, then Zap draws tutors them out. Senna is there because there are a number of expensive removal cards that can be added to your deck, and her Darkness package creates small removal spells without having to add them to your list. Similarly, Viego has a very strong self-contained package that is only a few cards, all of which are reasonable.
