TF / Nami: Spells, Attune, Draw, and Pranks

Incomplete. A spellcasting deck. Use Attune to top up mana. Units and TF generate random spells and ramp from spell casting. Use draw cards to cast as many spells per turn to quickly ramp up units. Use Prank to prepare the appropriate spell to respond to opponents.
