Poppies Pirate Ship

So its basically not even a scout deck anymore. It's almost like mono white weenie if anyone has played magic before.

Play a bunch of 1 costs and buff them.

I had to cut reavers row which is very sad, but double up is gonna give the deck more reach and a solid finisher

Gonna cut the 1 rangers and stick in one pirate ship I don't care if it's "wrong" I don't want to be right ;)
