Ok, yeah, it's a discard party, but disco sounds better.

This deck is/was very good for this meta. I climbed Silver 3 (48/100) to Gold 4 with 15 wins and 4 losses. (And now 3-0 in Gold as well).

Anyways, this is a very fast aggro deck. Currently, it pretty much just wins against Tahm Kench/Soraka, as well as most Demacia/Targon and Lee Sin. It would do fairly well against Elise Spider Burn as well. Any deck that plays Avalanche or Withering Wail is a bad matchup (unless they don't draw those cards). Luckily, there are not many of those out there presently. Unluckily, Make it Rain is also a big downer for this deck.

The main wincon of the deck is to go very wide, possibly drop a Crowd Favorite, and just win with overwhelming force.

Despite being a fast aggro deck, the gameplay is actually surprisingly complex. I'm not yet an expert, but I can offer a few pointers.

1. Try to use your discards on favorable targets (ie cards that want to be discarded). This is pretty obvious, but still bears mentioning.

2. If your opponent is playing Freljord/SI (and not an aggro version), you probably just lose. But maybe they don't have their auto-win cards (mentioned above) or maybe they will play them badly. So, try not to overextend into one of those board wipes. OR Load up the board as big as possible on their turn, after they tap under 4 mana, then hit them with a big open attack on your turn. Jinx and Draven both survive one cast of these board wipes, so you can (sort of) safely drop them, even if you think one of these wipes is coming.

3. Only discard/play Vision with a wide board. Also, if you discard a Vision and a Jury-Rig with a Rummage, discard the Jury-Rig first, since this will result in the Scrap Scuttler getting buffed by the Vision.

4. Keep in mind that Draven's Whirling Axe provides a way to discard, if you need that. This can be very important, especially if you have Vision in hand.

5. Plan ahead for leveling up Jinx, if possible, so you can level her on the same turn you play her. Remember that she will never get a Super Mega Death RocketBADCARDNAME on the same turn she levels up. Remember also to plan ahead for lethal on future turns by accounting for getting the Death Rocket.

6. If you are wide, and your opponent does not have Avalanche, Withering Wail, or Make it Rain, you should drop your Crowd Favorite before attacking. Actually, except for Avalanche, you should drop the Crowd Favorite anyways, since your units will still die to a fast board wipe even during the attack, but at least you get a big guy that survives it.

7. If you strongly suspect Avalanche is about to come down, open attack before they can cast it, even if you're holding a Crowd Favorite. At that point, you have to consider him a dead card. You probably lose anyways, but it's worth playing the best you can, even when you expect to lose.

8. Flame Chompers! is completely expendable. Use it to get a big blocker (or a pesky 1/1) out of the way of your damage.

Summary - If your opponent does not have Avalanche, Withering Wail, or Make it Rain, (or Twisted Fate and his Red Card) your main wincon is going as wide as possible and buffing your cards as much as you can. The only cards that punish you for being wide are those three. And The Ruination too, I guess, but any deck running The Ruination will be dead by turn 6, unless they also play one of the cards listed above earlier than turn 6. Oh, and there's Death Lotus as well - if your opponent is on a Vlad plan.
