L̵u̵c̵i̵a̵n̵'̵s̵ <-Noctures c̵o̵m̵e̵b̵a̵c̵k̵ <-ascend to toptier?

This is an agressive noxus deck which I have seen in action and which is just absurdly powerful...

As players already realized does the Evershade Stalker  allow us to run Nocturne in other regions than SI and Targon so I did it.

The reason why I think that cosmic creation could be Nocturne 's big time to shine is The Grand Plaza which gives you: 

-great boardcontrol

-a way easier time to make use of your inting units

- turn Evershade Stalker into an infinite supply of 3/3 challengers who level Nocturne and Thresh + can be used as for Nocturne 's attack reduction trigger

also you could run Evershade Stalker as a way to burn with Phantom Prankster but for now it seems to me like the unit slots on the battlefield are too contested to run backrow cratures.

Aside from that this deck is a no spells deck aside of Stalking Shadows which itself cares very little about Stony Suppressor which will annoy control, Lee Sin and Riven decks... actually all decks in the meta and makes it way harder for your opponent to answer you.

The deck is SUPER aggressive and fast and doesn't even really fall off until turn 7 where you should have your opponent already dead.

The only thing that this deck lacks is the 1 lategame card that makes it strong after turn 7 but the deck is already dumb enough and imo clearly nerf worthy
