Lulu/Shen Elusive Support - 2.9

This version of Lulu/Shen is very closely linked to a list piloted by BomberTV a while back. He was playing while Go Hard was not yet nerfed, however, so he had the full complement of Nopify and Deny.

I find that Nopify is a dead card VERY often these days, with most of the meta having burst spells at the lower mana costs. So, I dropped most of the counterspells and went with Hush instead, as it has a TON of good targets in this meta. Also, more 1-drops, because the deck is essentially an aggro deck.

By far, the strongest thing this deck does is a support chain using Mountain Sojourners. In this deck, it's not a meme. I usually win by pulling off a chain with several supports, starting with the Sojourners. Very few things can deal with that, short of a ruination or killing off Sojourners before you can attack with it.

It's been surprisingly effective for me. And it's quite fun.

Note: One might assume that Shen never levels up in this deck. However, despite there being no cards in the 40 initial cards that give barrier, if you land a leveled Lulu, you will almost always be using her generated spell to give barrier once per turn. Combined with Shen's champion spell and his support effect, it actually is possible to level up Shen in this deck. Likewise, it's also possible to buff up the Greenglade Caretaker.
