Tarics New Sword

I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner but blade parts are cheap and level Taric just as fast as gems but are arguably better

They provide all the key words you need at burst speed

I hate to be that guy but Targon is just looking great in everything

and yes I know about flury of fists in Ionia

Honestly don't care going all in on overwhelm double attack is super boring and uninteractive
