The emperor deck is a deck that is balanced around competing in Magic the gathering-> a deck with "slighly" stronger cards

It's a special 15-card deck that consists of non-collectible, powerful cards. Based on what I've seen, it always has the following:
- 4x Emperor's Guard
- 2x Emperor's Prosperity
- 2x Golden Herald
- 2x Eternal Gladiator
- 1x Shimmering Mirage
- 1x Crumbling Sands
- 1x General's Palace
- 1x Sandstorm
- 1x Ascended's Call
