Cinthria of Cloudfield vs Jagged Butcher

When I started playing LoR a few weeks ago I had a feeling that every 1 mana creature seems to be balanced around Cinthria.

Except for the Butcher. He sinply is a better version of her. Sure, Cinthria is an Elite unit, which provides some bonuses. But at the same time she often is worst card that can be created by 'create a random Elite', so being Elite is not a good thing for every situation.

I think it would be fair to make the Butcher 1/2 or 2/1 without plunder and he becomes 3/3 on plunder to emphasize that the 1 mana balancing is based around Cinthria. And maybe also because 3/3 Butcher always feels very strong for just 1 mana and therefore there is a drawback when you don't meet the plunder condition. 

Just an opinion. What do you think about this?

  • I agree Jagged Butcher should have a 2/1 body to be on par with other 1 mana units.
    I think his text could also be changed to: "The first time i see you plunder, grant me +1/+1" so it would be easier to trigger but also easier to remove with a 3/2 statline.

  • I 1-mana 3/3 does always feel a bit crazy, even if it does require 2 cards to play.

  • Cinthria has a ELITE battletag that can help in some specific deck
