I thought that "exact copies" means with the same stats, but it looks like it doesn't consider buffs/debuffs.
Is it a graphic bug? My opponent didn't even attack with these 3/3, so maybe they had 0 attack?
Or is it working as intended and it's correct that they are 3/3?

They should be exact copies as far as I know so it's at least a graphic bug if nothing else.
I'm pretty sure it's supposed to include buffs/debuffs, so this may be a bug. I feel like it used to work as you described - maybe this was introduced with the latest patch?

I've been playing a lot with copies effect (just randomly got them). It's just a graphics bug and they still have the normal stats and keywords but this happens to the Silverwing Vanguards too. They still hit as if they have normal stats but they just don't show the stat changes.
