With that in mind, does anyone have any advice on a similar app that can be used to monitor your deck as you play on the desktop app vs the mobile one?

Hearthstone Deck Tracker is what I almost always use. Only had Innkeeper because of the HearthPwn collection tracking, etc. Sounds like they plan on developing a plug in for this site to use collection data from HSDT, so I'd go with this: https://hsreplay.net/downloads/
