Cannot fight higher tier mobs - they cheat!

I thought that with some protective measures, we will be able to fight higher tier mobs, but that seems to be a fallacy.

Five levels difference, fight asked me if I want to continue. I used Tumble to guarantee evasion on next attack ... BAM! i got slapped anyway.

Apparently the mobs cheat and the "crushing" attack goes through dodge. Great.

Bug or intended behavior? Probably the latter.

I dont know if the limit is 5 levels above or just 3 above, but seems that since cap is lvl20 now, we will in no way be able to farm higher tier zones and items that drop from higher tier mobs.

So bounty zones rotation will SUCK.

You can probably manage to beat a mob few levels into red with heavy use of food (or potions when they come), but that will get insanely expensive.
