Whether you're a Mooncloth specialized Tailor or not, Moonwells are essential for creating Primal Mooncloth, one of The Burning Crusade's tailoring cooldowns.

How Many Primal Mooncloth Can I Make Per Day?

That's a trick question! The cooldown for making any of the three spell cloth cooldowns in The Burning Crusade is 3 days 20 hours .

If you are a Mooncloth Tailor, you can make two pieces of cloth each cooldown instead of the one that normal tailors can make. You can only have one tailoring specialization.

What Ingredients Are Required to Make Primal Mooncloth?

You'll need three ingredients to make Primal Mooncloth in The Burning Crusade:

• 1x Bolt of Imbued Netherweave (Bolt of Netherweave x3 & Arcane dust x2)

• 1x Primal Life

• 1x Primal Mana

Do note that in order to create Primal Mooncloth you must be at least Level 60 and have obtained Level 350 in Tailoring . No tailoring specialization is required.

Where Are Moonwells in The Burning Crusade?

There are three Moonwells in Outland, and many more around Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms. We're only going to focus on the close ones, that are accessible in Outland because they are faster to get to.

Both Horde and Alliance characters can use any Moonwell in Outland .

Terokkar Forest

Cenarion Thicket is the closest Moonwell to Shattrath City, the Sanctuary and primary city of Outland. It is located just East of the city. The Moonwell can be found to the right of the path as you go up the little hill past the entrance archway.

The only annoying aspect about the Cenarion Thicket Moonwell is there are Vicious Teromoths that will aggro to you. Luckily they are quickly dealt with.

Zangarmarsh

The swamp's Moonwell can be found in the first hub you get to when you enter Zangarmarsh - Cenarion Refuge . You can see the Moonwell right near the entrance coming from Hellfire Peninsula.

Blade's Edge Mountains

There is a Moonwell at " Ruuan Weald " (Map Area) / Evergrove (Location Name / Flight Path) in Blade's Edge Mountains. This is located in the North-Eastern area of the map, and is a questing hub. The Moonwell is in the very center of the village.

This is an alright spot if you're already going to Netherstorm for your Spellcloth cooldown but otherwise, it's quite out of the way.

Those are the three different Moonwells you can use in Outland to make your Primal Mooncloth cooldowns. We will always recommend Cenarion Thicket in Terokkar Forest for its ease of access from Shattrath city, but perhaps you have a different favourite Moonwell to use?
