Ionia can finally grant permanent Elusive -- on a stick, no less!
This will see a LOT of play, almost auto-include for the region.
I watched some reviews of this card and a lot of people are sceptical.
I am in the opposite camp, to me it's a really good card, and there are MANY minions (and champions) that want to receive elusive.
I'm imaging Swain with elusive for example...
