In this guide I compiled a full list of passive skills Pals can have and also provide the best combination of skills for several specific 'jobs' that you will use your Pals for. Though to get the perfect combination of any four chosen skills, you will most likely need to jump into Pal breeding.

Best Passive Skills For Worker Pals
Best combination of passive skills for a worker Pal you can get via breeding is Artisan, Work Slave, Serious and Lucky resulting in +135% Work Speed increase for your Pals.
Skill Name | Skill Description |
Artisan | Work Speed +50% |
Work Slave | Work Speed +50%, Attack -30% |
Serious | Work Speed +20% |
Lucky | Work Speed +15%, Attack +15% |
Do keep in mind that Work Suitability 'Transporting' is NOT affected by Work Speed, you would be better off breeding the Pal you want to do transport jobs as a mount - with Movement Speed focus.
Noteworthy skills:
- Diet Lover - Decrease in Hunger is less likely by +15%.
- Workaholic - SAN drops +15% slower.
From what I've seen online, most players still prefer a full on Work Speed focus, but Diet Lover and/or Workaholic might be worth considering in some situations - for example for Transporting jobs, or possibly Cooling.

Best Passive Skills To Boost Player Stats
For these skills to take effect, you only need to have the corresponding Pals in your active party, they do not need to be summoned.
Skill Name | Skill Description |
Logging Foreman | 25% increase to Player Logging Efficiency. |
Mine Foreman | 25% increase to Player Mining Efficiency. |
Motivational Leader | 25% increase to Player Work Speed. |
Stronghold Strategist | 10% increase to Player Defense. |
Vanguard | 10% increase to Player Attack. |
The bonuses from these skills stack from each Pal, meaning with the same skill on all five of your active Pals, you can get up to five times the benefit.
This is extremely helpful especially in the early game, if you can get Mine Foreman on few Pals to boost your Mining Efficiency to more than double it. Same with Logging Efficiency or your Work Speed when you might still be the one doing most of the crafting. These skills are still helpful later on, when you want to gather materials quickly yourself or craft something.
Increasing your Player Attack or Defense by up to +50% can be a worthwhile endeavor if you are focusing on increasing your stats with as many multipliers as you can, especially the Attack. This percentage increase works off your base Attack which you can raise during level ups so that +2/level can result in much higher gains.
