LOVE IT.
A solid answer to Rekindler and D&D cheese. Thank you, Riot!
Easy 2-of, it will be a solid and relatively cheap answer in a lot of situations.

Insta win versus cards like the harrowing.
There goes my Zombie Ashe deck...
In all seriousness: I don't think this card will get much play--there are just too many matchups where it does little to nothing. Usually for a tech card like this to work, it either needs some minimal payout (e.g. "AND summon a 1/1"), an alternate function (e.g., "OR stun an attacking enemy unit"), or cantrip (4 mana but it also draws a card).
Consider this: against the 3 most powerful decks in the meta right now:
This seems really bad. Pretty much any case in which this could be used, Deny could also be used (I know they’re different regions, but Deny shows the power level of counters in this game). Deny is also pretty much always useful, whereas this will often do nothing (For example, Deny against Burn Aggro prevents a Decimate, this card would do literally nothing).
However, I think that the incredibly limited and underpowered nature of this card shows that there will either be some way to summon units for the opponent (Like Hunting Fleet but for Shadow Isles) or there will powerful unit-summoning cards in this set that Riot wants to provide a counter for.
There's a difference between "bad" and "meta-dependent."
Also, sometimes you can afford to make a little tech trade-off. If your deck is already super-strong against decks that don't summon(where this is dead or inefficient), it's probably fine to include one copy of Passage Unearned for the significant boost you'd gain against zombie decks.
If there were no opportunity cost to running this card, zombie decks would be absolutely dead. It's never good design policy to destroy an archetype that's good but not oppressive.
This card seemed very situational and kinda out of place in Lor, looked much more like a sideboard card.
But, after the invoke Keyword and all the celestials revealed, this card makes a lot more sense, and will very likely find a place in the meta.
Good but very narrow.
