So I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but for about a week now my game has to update every time I start it. It's not a long update so it's really not that big of a deal, but it's long enough to be slightly annoying compared to the usual startup time, and I'm curious if it's just me or if this is also the case for other people.

I've had that for the last three days or so, can't remember if it has been a whole week yet. It's definitely more widespread though.
I wonder if it's a bug or if they're actually constantly fixing some bugs/updating stuff.
To be honest I'm really not sure how long it's been. It feels like I've been having it for about a week, but it could very well just be three days. It's good to know that I'm not the only one who's experiencing it though.
Just want to chime in and say mine's been doing the same thing. Across 3 different devices/OS's
My old home built gaming PC still on Win7.
My new laptop I use for work and play sometimes on Win10.
My android phone.
All 3 when I launch Legends of Runeterra it attempts to update every single time....
I think it's doing it for everyone.
Maybe it's preparing for an extra balance patch?
So I'm not the only one, it's kinda frustrating when somehow the game crashes you can't rejoin your game no matter what.
