What exactly isn't working for you?
I go to Menu -> Decks -> Freljord Decks, I get this page. If I instead go to All Decks, highlight the Freljord icon and click the "Filter" button and I still get the same result.
I can confirm there is a bug with the front page deck widget with regions not working.
The reason we have a region option, even though it doesn't work, is because we were not aware it was broken. As a workaround, use Sanns' link above to find Freljord decks on our deck listing. We'll get the issue fixed on our next site deploy.
