This seems rather good even without synergy. It's a 3 Attack Elusive that is almost unkillable the turn it is played (and it counts for 6 noncombat damage for Swain)
This card seems insane tbh? I'm not sure but at the very least this stops Zed from attacking on turn 3 which is really rare for any card to do consistently.
Take my words with a grain of salt. I'm unranked and only play casuals lmao.
This also has really good synergy with Legion Veteran.
I don't know a whole lot about Runeterra or how to judge this power level... but that art+pun is on point.
