A totally mindless video with no content or info....
I just wasted 40 sec of my life.. ;-)

were people's faces as unfinished as their minds."
There is an article on this topic https://outof.cards/legends-of-runeterra/1975-legends-of-runeterras-next-expansion-monuments-of-power-arrives-october-14

That's a pretty fast turn around actually.
If you're free to play you probably just grabbed the last champs for your collection on Thursday.
So now you have 2 weeks to grab your epics.
I recognize that ARAM bridge lol

My guesses:
Piltover/Zaum -> Oriana/Tristana
Shadow Isles -> Evelynn
FrejLord -> Nunu

I highly doubt that it's any of them. Firstly, because SI and Freljord already got their champs and they said that all regions are getting 1 only. Secondly, the leaked voice lines that are left are Soraka, Zoe, Riven, Tahm Kench, Viktor, and Shyvana, and having anyone else aside from them is going to be surprising. Though it's not out of consideration. Tristana could be PnZ even without any leaked voice lines because there is Poro Cannon and it'd make sense if that's her card.
My predictions judging from the Road Map in the end, showed someone who looked like the same race as Black Market Merchant and Tahm Kench so based on that I'll say that we're getting Tahm Kench for Bilgewater. I'd say we're also probably going to get Soraka because a lot of her cards are already out and the last champ is going to be a completely random one. I'll take a guess and say it's Viktor just because I think that they could save Demacia and Noxus as the last one and base a theme around the two of them.
Take my words with a grain of salt. I'm unranked and only play casuals lmao.
What do you guys think about the Landmarks?
Piltover: Caitlynn
Noxus: Sett
Targon: Soraka
As long as Riot doesn't buff control too much or releases cheap aggro oriented landmarks they won't matter a lot in the meta and just stay outside of tier 1. However I think that the fact they have very narrow answers will make landmarks frustrating for the casual players who don't end the game as early as possible (kinda same case as aurelion sol)
New Bilgwater ( and one Shadow Isles ) cards revealed looks like we are getting Tahm Kench tomorrow.
Isn't Sett from Ionia?
Indeed, the Noxian champion is probably going to be riven.
I really dislike the random aspect about the slaughter dock and i really would support the idea that it summons a seamonster with a cost equal to you maximum mana (but not more than 8) since it really must feel terrible if your opponent pulls a Terror of the Tides on turn 6 while it for sure feels bad for you to pull just a vanilla 7/7. Removing the rng element would certainly not hurt it's concept
Putting the bulk cards for the update into this thread. Overall new landmarks are always good but nothing I'm too hyped for personally.
Looks like each region will be getting it's landmark, not sure that I am digging the RNG aspect tough.
As long as they keep the RNG on meme cards I’m fine. I feel like Howling Abyss is honestly far less of a problem than Celestials or Bilgewater.
*Randomly gets Level 2 Sejuani* - who's a meme now?
@sto650
Hmm yeah that is pretty good. But for that amount of mana you can play They Who Endure + Atrocity much more reliably (sure it's only in one deck, but still). I feel like there are more reliable and faster win conditions. It isn't necessarily unplayable, but it definitely isn't OP. Also, it can be countered by a single vengeance on the Sejuani.
Sejuani? that's what are you worried about? I'll take a level 2 Sejuani over a level 2 Maokai any day.
Not every deck has access to vengeance or non combat removal for that matter.
Zoe is probably comming soon, there is in game a Lulu's voice interaction with her
Hearthstone: Me vs Firebat -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09NCE81owjo
Both Soraka and Zoe have been datamined, and are already featured in other card art as well (Hush, Porofly's full art) so both are definitely coming this year. Hard to say which one is next, although I believe I saw a theory that Soraka would come first since the Targon cards on the opponent's board in The Howling Abyss' reveal are the heal-synergizing Stellacorn cards. Maybe today's reveals will give more hints (or include one of the aforementioned Champions).
New cards revealed, the next Targon champion is definitely going to be Soraka.
So Star Spring is basically this and that's okay, people liked this card. But you don't gain nexus life so it's worse, but it's cheaper so that's better, so in the end probably not a huge meta thing, but it should be a fun deck archetype.
I am not sure what kind of mtg you have been playing but the spring and aetherflux have very little to do with each other. Aetherflux is a cardspam- combo payoff what is a huge differece to the spring that gains charges as units you control heal.
Aetherflux is more general but spring is way more op given it is 2 mana in a slower game than mtg that doesn't have lands.
Also are answers for the spring quite narrow what makes it way more problematic in LoR
It's an alt wincon that was based around healing...it's very similar lol. But sure landmarks weren't inspired by mtg, and it's a totally bold never before seen concept, and we shouldn't draw comparisons because they aren't useful.
Level 2 Maokai is already leveled. He doesn't mill you. He's a 2/5 token generator with regen, and that's it. Similarly, Nautilus is already a 13/13 tough fearsome without being deep.
That's a relief
