Blood for Blood should definitely get a buff now.. to burst speed
anyway this card is probably quite overtuned, getting a flexible draw AND give it +1/+1 at any point of the game, as long as a game isn't heavy tempo and has some value/resources into it this card is really good.
This Interative Improvement card is my favorite new card.
Reminds me of Séance from Hearthstone.
I like the Thicc Irelia art too.
That not Irelia on the art, it's Mechanized Mimic. Come to think of it I would like either Irelia or Akali as the next Ionian champion.
