Go Hard
This card is absolutely nuts and I have no idea why wasnt it nerfed when even pros shit talk the card and hate it's very existence.
It's 1 mana drain 1, that's already good BUT it also creates many copies of itself in deck AND it's a win condition by itself because it evolves into 1 mana ruination+it damages nexus.
There shouldnt exist a 1 mana win condition that can be prevented only if you have nopeify in your starting hand.

Yeah.. no you really can't compare both. Go hard starts at a higher powerlevel than Idol but doesn't scale as hard, yet it is overall a better card than jade idol since it casts both halves at once and resembles a 5 damage aoe effect which gives you instantly board control, a 12/12 jade golem well... kills your opponent next turn but a jade-deck has a glaring weakness to aggro while go hard is very good versus aggro and pretty bad versus combo and control
As someone still playing a deck from rising tides and still kicking asses left and right, including go hard opponents i don't mind the deck too much but yeah for our poor aggro players this deck sucks and i don't know if they can handle it for too long :(
Isn't this card one of the first sources of infinite value in Runeterra?

The thing is it destroys all aggro and midrange decks. Only control wins. Countering 2/3 decks just with 1 card included in your deck is stupid...
Please guys enough with these delete Go Hard posts. I understand that the card is frustrating and I don't like it either, but Riot is not going to remove a card just because some players don't like it, just wait for it to get nerfed.
How would you even nerf it? My guess would be eighter you make PYB deal 4 damage or you make PYB cost 5 mana but thats all there is really what would tune it down in a reasonable way
The thing is it depends on your list of go hard actually counters you or not as a midrange deck if you got means to protect key cards you will beat go hard with midrange decks however... aggro really gets blown out what is this not enough reason to "remove" it if anything tweak the numbers by a little as i already suggested it and leave it as it is...
There are already suggestions like making it not trigger if the spell doesnt land, more go hards for PYB, higher mana cost and so on...
You dont even have to make deck around it, just put it in for another win condition that isnt even hard to pull off. 1 mana win the game if its few rounds long.
It's not HS there will probably be changes to the card next patch.
Also not all midrange decks lose to it,there are some that are good against it.
No clue if it's true or if there's even a source, but I heard there's going to be no card balances until late January? I'm not entirely certain where they got it from but I heard Swim talking about it.

Probably compared to Blizzard who left jade idol as is until rotation or Patches the Pirate being a thing..
I am assuming Riot will balance the card somehow it's too meta defining..
sure they take a holiday now but we will get it balanced soon enough, that's what I am saying.
I do not mean to take away your right of free speech, but I you don't need to voice your hatred towards blizzard at every opportunity. We get it, you don't like blizzard, hearthstone is terrible, you left the game and don't support them anymore. Fine, that's your choice. But you don't have to talk about it all of the time. You are right, I should stop talking about it.. guess 6 years does that to you..
But people talk as if it won't be changed or talked about, it's the second thread about the same deck, there wasn't really an opportunity except the new mini set release to do balance changes and honestly nerfing it at the same time of new cards being introduced is an overkill.
there wasn't any new support for that go hard deck being introduced, while other decks got other tools, The meta might kill the deck by itself anyway since it has counters (Ionia, control, some other midrange lists), if the meta becomes a lot more control, people will stop playing it and then aggro can find a place again.

May we not trashtalk trash in other forums? I think we may and we will :) Just deal with it, its not like you have to read forums about a game you don't play/prefer. Its like complaining about league players who trashtalk dota: let them do their thing its not your bizness, it doesn't need to bother you since haters gonna hate and its not personal against any HS player now is it?
We have our reasons to hate blizzard: for me its still a miracle that a company that made such great titles like WC3 and SCII became such a shithole of a company but hey activision things i guess....
Dunno it feels like an abusive relationship, anyway KANSAS is right, I should move on and not talk about it anymore I uninstalled and I really had a little regret but in the end it's for the better I didn't had fun in HS for a while anyway and trash talking it at any opportunity whatever it won't change blizz and I should not care anymore..
Ye, it's pointless if you have seen my latest posts there was a lot of salt in them, should I argue that they aren't salty? no, you are right and there's no reason to defend that behavior.
