Why you're wrong about Viktor

Another big winner from the patch Viktor is easier to level then ever, and thanks to his inherent synergy with other create a card champions

Lets say this lady for instance cuz she's the new hotness

You now have a very strong game winning deck

Viktor is better after the path but he just a decent champion now nothing more. And yes I watch the video, Aphelios was doing all heavy lifting during that match.

Oh for sure he's basically a better mountain scryer and your mileage will vary by the amount you like that card.

But even just going from unplayable trash set it on fire...to maybe I'll play this in a create a card deck is a huge improvement.

Nicmakesplays has also been running Viktor in a nightfall Aphelios deck. Viktor is definitely not useless anymore, but I'm not sure yet that I'd say he's good

Yeah personally I land on 2 viktors in an Ezreal Targon control list.

He just isn't a win condition by himself he supports other win cons.

In this case discounts means it's easier to burst down your opponent. 

Victor is awesome and his design is really well done, so it was a welcome buff. He is prone to getting bad keywords early which hurts his viability but I will try a Victor/Apehelios deck for sure.
