35 sounds a lot... but it is itsnt. I gouess this will be a very decent shuriman midrange card.
The only thing I don't like is that she is so vanilla
Weird pose, vanilla gameplay. Yeah that's Sivir alright. Anyway her level 1 is solid and her level 2 is a win condition, so she is a good champion.
