Great stats, net you a card - love this
-=alfi=-
Great stats, but not sure like it sees play. I don't think Mill decks will use it either. You really don't want to give your opponent a free draw.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
pack filler, you don't really want to give your opponent draw.
Nice storytelling here. And a nice sunset!
I mean you get a good card but depending on the mana cost, your opponent gets to play that good card before you do.
4 Mana 7/7
If only Shenanigans worked on your turn
bah ... don't see how can it be useful
I am 69 years old and still reach Legend
Pirate Waifu, but the effect is rather bad.
Drawing a card for your opponent is not good. Drawing a good card for your opponent is even worse.
We don't really have a deck that relies on not drawing a specific card.
If it was a 2 or 3-mana card I would consider it, but 4 is just too slow.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Strong stats and not that big of a downside
Mmmaybe? dunno the drawback seems weird
Good stats, and not that much downside. It also fits thematically for the card.
At this point I have spent too much money on these games to quit.
Now pass me another pack, and lets see what I pull.
Seems super cool! Love it big time.
I dont get it. it says discover, not discover a copy. so you gonna steal from his deck but then he also draws... a what?
hmmm, not really that powerful. Good arena card.
It might be alright? Could be used for value while also pushing your opponent toward fatigue at a greater rate than you.
I don't know what to make of this card. On the one hand it is a 4 mana 5/5, on the other hand it gives your opponent a card, but it also gives you the same card, but the card came from their deck which means they are probably better suited to use it than you, but you also got to pick the card out of 3 which means you have some agency over what gets drawn, but this card also doesn't really do anything to advance your own personal game plan, so I really have no idea with this card. I don't think it will see play outside of meme decks like casino mage, thief priest, or some silly shudderwock deck.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
Fill their hand then play this and get they win conditions?
Poor value for its cost
Rogue DH
opponent draws a card is never good
good
Kenny's little poet. 😇
The pirate tag works, but not sure if it's very useful
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, 4 mana 5/5 both players draw a card that I choose, seems good
maybeee useful for overdrawing idk
seems like whichever good card u pull will likely be better for you opponent, no?
Super weird value pirate since pirates are mostly aggro/weapon orientated. Doubt it'll see play in constructed. Might be more viable in arena
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Drawing your oponent a card makes this kinda good enough but not that much to see play
Lemushki - The one and only since the 2006 rebranding.
i don't see the value here
Nice
I love the design on this.
Nah. I don't think you want your opponent's cards bad enough to run this.
Chumbawumba is the worst band name.
Don't like it, you don't want to be giving your opponents cards.
They probably didn't make it fit into the text, since it's quite long already. When you steal from opponent's deck, it literally says steal, like Death Grip.
OBLIVION!
Potential in mills if Soul Fragment selected?
Good card for Nice Guy decks if you want to help your opponent pull off a tricky combo. Cards in your opponent's deck are usually worth more to your opponent than they are to you. Unless this is used in combination with a card that shuffles unwanted things into your opponent's deck, I don't think it will make it into very many decks.
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
Art is great effect is oh boy really bad.
Edited the comment, didn't understand the effect well.
You don't want to give any opponent resources as an aggressive deck (which you plobably are, playing this for +1 attack). So no.
Seems pretty bad. Letting your opponent draw cards is really terrible unless you're playing a Mill deck and there are better ways to accomplish that.
it can be good in some kind of burglar rogue with pirates in wild
No, indeed, but it grant you a card advantage - plus one card generated for you, that isn't subject to too much random, as it was good enough to make it into your opponent's list - and the certitude that the card is in their hand ; that knowledge can be advantageous.
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
What a neat card. I think it might be pretty good, but it might also be bad. But you know what your opponent is drawing, which can be good.
"Be excellent to each other." -Bill and Ted
Aside from being the top end tech option for a hyper aggro deck, I don't see much usefulness out of the card which is a shame, the art is amazing.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)
Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
Could be overly broken in a mill deck.
Decide which card your opponent mills is insane value.
Going to try it if I open it.
Papa Nurgle wants to share his gifts.
I'm sure this is meant to be disruptive in some way, but the only deck I can imagine it working against is a Sunscale Raptor Hunter. Drawing the raptor early would keep them from buffing it with Scavenger's Ingenuity. Obviously also good if you can force them to burn something important, but that's not exactly a consistent game plan.
Maybe there's more, but since I can't think of anything, I'm going to have to say this is bad.
4 mana 5/5. That's very solid in Arena, but I don't think this will ever pass meme status in constructed.
Arena > Wild > Standard
A lot of variance. Hard to tell which way it falls
Too random, even with a discovery keyword.
A 4 Mana 5/5 that gives you some value and gives both you and your opponent information about one card in your respective hands. What a weird one... I don't think it'll be that useful.
You generate a card while your opponent draws a card. I'd say your opponent is getting the better deal and that is nowhere near worth +1 stat above vanilla stats.
For glory, honor, and gold!
Good stats, but the effect doesn't seem worth it
Awful, unless you use it force them to overdraw and burn a key card.
I can see this on a mill deck.
By The Holy Light!
Very good and even better if your opponent has a full hand
I'm not online it's just your imagination
"Yeah, THAT'S what I stole!"
Good Stats and could work to overdraw your opponent. But i think most of the time your opponent will get to use the drawn card before you so not sure if this will be any good.
Still decent stats that will also get you a card. Overall an ok card.
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
Stats ok, but you should not help opponent draw a card.
intresting but useless
Not sure what kind of deck would want this. Thief rogue? But even then it is bad
I am envoy from nowhere in nowhere. Nobody and nothing have sent me. And even though it is impossible I exist. ©Trimutius
I like the way they get to know what you have copied.
Drawing for your opponent is never a good thing, and there's always an argument to be made that your opponent will always be able to make use of their card better than yourself.
Its only niche is that if your opponent some how has 10 cards in hand then this card is just nuts. Try and guess how many times that will happen, multiply that with zero and that's exactly the number of times you will see this card unironically in a competitive deck.
Interesting, nice flavor here. Good stats and a generated card, with the punishment of your opponent drawing a strong card. Maybe could see play in an aggresssive Pirate deck?
Giving your opponent a good card(they play good synergy cards) and you getting an okay card at best. 5/5 isn't even good to make it worth it no immediate board impact , okay in arena.
Great stats, and you can generate a card from your opponent. However, he draws it as well, so you'd better be able to use it better than him.
First of all, good stats and nice art
Maybe a deck spying tool
One of those cards which are good if you're winning and terrible if you're losing.
So if you want to draw a good card from their deck he draws the good card too? Why do we want that? Dont tell me to know what cards your opponent is playing because after a few weeks we know all the cards the decks are playing
Murlocs <3
good
This is a very strange value pirate. Maybe it sees play in a metagame where some deck wants to have specific cards in their deck? For example, forcing a Deathrattle Demon Hunter to draw their deathrattles might weaken Death Speaker Blackthorn, or maybe you draw a key beast card to mess with Warsong Wrangler?
4 mana 5/5, no need to say more
The stat are very good but drawing a card for your opponent is terrible, especially if that card is good. So the drawback is to much to play it
Very good anti combo card, even better after Polkelt
Very unreliable, but could still be good.
Ribbit
This is an interesting effect, but I can't see a use for it other than learning about your opponents deck or trying to mill.
Mechanic is interesting but the effect is rather awful. You do not want to give your opponent a free card, that is terrible in most cases
English is not my native language, so please excuse occasional mistakes
Great stats, discover and a pirate tag. Seems decent.
♡ u 4ever 2008 - 2022
Cool
Seems like it'll be used in Mill and nothing else. I doubt the effect is consistent enough to be played just for the disruption capabilities.
~ An expertly disguised dinosaur
That's a pass for me. Really don't want my opponent to draw their cards, they've usually included those in their deck for a reason.
It's epic, so it's nothing a want in my collection. And nothing I want to play. Just another epic card in expansion.
This is a very strange card, hard to tell if it'd ever be useful
Super interesting effect being pushed with premium stats, but it feels a bit too weird to be considered over other options/
kinda weird card. good stats though
Im not crazy about giving them their card since theres a better chance they'll benefit more from it then me but maybe in steal Priest or Rogue.
Meh
I've been here a while; just hanging out in the background.
Very weird card, and probably not very good. Symmetrical effects need to be way more abuseable by the person who plays them in order to be good.
good card
That is an interesting take on steal mechanics. Sure you get something interesting from your opponent. But they also draw it. I'm trying to decide if there is anything that you would want to force draw.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Slow but fun
I like the design, but I think the symmetrical effect may keep people from using it much. It may be too damaging to give your opponent a card in many situations.
Good stats, but this is definitely a downside. Won't see play
The opponent drawing their card as well seems too much of a drawback to overcome. Maybe it can fit in some Wild Mill decks, but I don't see it impacting standard.
Interesting design but helping your opponent draw their powerful cards doesn't seem like a good idea.
The ONLY benefit I see is the extremely niche case where a combo opponent has a full hand and you make them burn a combo piece.
In the pre-Barrens meta, it feels like that might have happened a lot, but I don't think it's going to be a useful strategy in the Year of the Gryphon.
Damn, until know I thought you stole the card and the opponent got the other two cards! Oops.
Anyway, seems clunky. I don't see a reason to use this anywhere, except it would be super cool in Burgle Rogue.
I'm not sure about this one. You maybe discover a good card from your opponent's deck, but they draw their copy too. I struggle to think of scenarios where this would be more advantageous to you than them.
This is the card I never knew I wanted. It's really cool and the stats for the cost make this twice as good.
Good for burning an opponent's card. Doubt will see play in any meta deck.
Better to not give a strong card to your opponent
For The HORDE!
Not really good to give your opponent cards.
I guess you could try and pick a card that won't be useful for your opponent right then... but then is it really going to be useful to you, who didn't even put it in their deck?
Welcome to the site!
You give a card to the opponent which is bad, but you gain information too and a copy. Strange but could be fun to get an extra Old God or something big as long as you can remove their copy.
Casual Dragon Cardgame enthusiast.
Good stats for the cost, but the battlecry is the definition of a catch 22. If you choose a good card then you give a good card to your opponent, but if you choose a bad card it might just be bad for you, since your opponent clearly had something in mind when they added it to their deck in the first place. It's definitely a risk either way.
Great stats. Effect might be good too.
