New Hunter Spell - Rats of Extraordinary Size

This is helping Hunter to have a more long term game.  Having a few 5/5 in your hand for 1 mana is kinda scary

This seems way too slow, even with the new Hunter Legendary. Maybe the Hunter questline will give it hope, but not likely.

This is really good, don't underestimate it. This basically means that if you ever get a wide board (and I assume we get token support) you essentially get fuel for days (which you can then pull some shuffle shenanigans with).

The only problem is if Hunter is just not good enough at handling the early game this doesn't do anything. I guess we'll just see

Oh man, this is dangerous board fill and refill for Token Druid, what were they- what? It's a Hunter card?! But Hunter barely does that! And the class doesn't really take much advantage of a board full of 1/1s anyway, especially without Rush.

Reminds me too much of Ball of Spiders. Don't think it will be great. 7 minions is a better number but without some keyword, i.e. rush, I feel it's too slow.

Obviously goes well with hunter's new legendary The Rat King, but I still don't think this will be great. In Wild there is Unseal the Vault. Just maybe that can be a tier 4 deck.

I love this card. I don't know if it is more for the Princess Bride reference or the interesting decisions that you will make regarding how much to fill your board vs. how much to fill your hand. This should be a fun card.

Don't see it outside of some weird meme OTKs

I love the design of this card, a decent-to-good win more card without being immediatly broken. Also, the rats look adorable yet terrifying.

For 6 mana you want to do more to the board then summon some 1/1s.

The +4/+4 buff is nice, but your board will be full when you play this making it awkward to fit them in. And even then you might spend 8 mana on a pair of 5/5s which isn't spectacular. 

The only way this works is if you either really really want swarm, or you play it on an already full board so that you can afford to spend 6 mana on minimal impact this turn, so that you have access to a legion of 5/5s on later turns. The second scenario likely won't happen. But the first one might if blizzard pushes the swarm thing hunter has going on with all of the hyenas in the forged in the barrens set.

Its 6 mana do nothing. Or 6 mana fill your board with 1/1s. How many times hunter can actually manage something like this without losing tempo, or even worse, the game?

The 5/5s for 1 in hand is good. But in standard where there's no Tundra Rhino its 1-2 turns too late for the rats to do anything. Unless there's some massive synergy with these 5/5s in hand coming up, I don't expect this to see play, like ever.

Seems way to slow to have enough impact. Sure it bodes well for the New Card Rat King but still too slow.

Interesting card, will probably fit in some token deck with The Rat King. of course we will need to see if it gets any more support. Worst case scenario maybe FACE Hunter uses it as a reload? Meh.

In wild it fits perfectly into Unseal the Vault hunter, so at least it has a place there.

Cool, unique effect, but too slow and unimpactful for the aggressive styles that hunter likes to play.

So basically Swarm of Locusts but instead of rush you get +4/+4 for the rats that go to your hand. Kinda weird and this doesn't fit into any existing archetypes (which is just face atm). Need to see more hunter cards before making a judgement call, but right now it's just a bad epic

Well, that's a new type of combined effect we have not seen, but I don't see this getting play anywhere. Not even with the new legendary.

I really like how the full power of the spell doesn't get wasted if you don't play it on an empty board. In fact it gets more powerful the fuller your board is, assuming you have space in your hand. It does nothing the turn you play it, but several 5/5s is probably a decent swing turn, and Animated Broomstick is still in standard.

Very strong synergy with The Rat King, and played on curve after it, if you don't have board space you don't lose your tokens. I like where they are pushing hunter

Will try to make this work with the old uldum quest hunter. It seems fun :)

I am biased due to my four cute rats at home, but I love this. I'll try rat hunter. I'll make sure it works.

Meme win-more card IMO, if you are ahead on a wide board you are winning already. I do not see the point of having additional 4/4 rats in your hand in that situation.

The DH performers card at least gives them rush for 7 mana. I don't see token hunter being a thing and waiting a turn for your 4/4s seems weak.

Too slow for a class that needs either quick board control, or quick face damage.

Even with 1 mana 5/5s unless you give them rush and/or charge, they don't pose a real threat right away.

For a Control Hunter, yeah sure, but it's not quite supported yet.

A fun card, with the potential to make some big rats but usually it'll just fill the board with 1/1s. Looks like an attempt at enabling the Rat King, but I'm not sure how strong that card is, either

I love it! It's probably really bad, but I really like the idea behind the card - the duality of it. Obviously the 1/1s are pretty meh by themselves, but the tension of maximising how many 5/5s you can get seems neat.
