Could be good if Sunken Treasure are super strong, otherwise he's just a hail-mary re-mulligan.

    I tried having fun once.

    It was awful.

The remulligan effect sounds really good, it's a Plot Twisty card that can help aggro decks to find a finisher/answer.

AMAZING card. This will be a must-include in any deck that uses a lot of "shuffle to the bottom of your deck" cards. And it's a good "My hand is bad, let me redraw my hand" card. Also in wild it's quite good alongside Lorekeeper Polkelt in case you want to draw your lowest cost cards. (And reshuffle the deck afterwards)

Actually you can use Sir Finley, Sea Guide ALMOST like a neutral Secret Passage. Hand bad? FISH for some better cards or a FINisher. And everyone knows that their best card are always on the bottom of their deck.

RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

There are some applications for this card, but I doubt its ever going to be a meta definer.

    - You can replace your hand in search of a win con

    - You can fish for your sunken cards, which may or may not be good. In aggro decks, you can play Ambassador Faelin for more value and use finley to swap your usually useless hand in the midgame for a better hand.

    - You can fill your hand with worthless generated junk and swap it for better cards.

But here's the problem. You got to first draw this card, and then hold it until youre 100% confident you're not screwing yourself over. So in other words, this card is bricked until you pull the trigger, and then after doing so, its not even guaranteed to win you the game.

So in other words, Im putting a card in my deck that I dont know when its the best time to play, and equally dont know if I will win after doing so. Wouldn't it be better to simply swap this card in your deck with something that can actually win you the game instead of gambling for something else that will do the same?

Sir Finley, Sea Guide will be bonkers in Quest DH, if it's any good next expansion. And good thing they get this as a much cheaper replacement for Glide. Will definitely be paired with Ambassador Faelin and other "Sunken" cards

This looks good - even if you just use it for re-mulligan !

Mmh... not completely sure of it, Caro. While it may appears as the logical conclusion, Sir Finley, Sea Guide doesn't state that you'll draw the bottom cards of your deck: it might be a "replace" effect like Secret Passage.

And yes, Faelin into Finley will be the new Envoy Rustwix source of memes.

Yeah, this it what I wondered about: Is this not just a neutral Plot Twist on a stick?

A 1/3 for 1 mana is "ok" for an aggro deck with a chance to "correct" a bad hand.

Patches? What are you doing in my starting hand?! Get back in my deck! :D

    I see you!

This looks like a nice payoff for those cards that put stuff in the bottom of your deck. I'm not sure if I'd want to use it with, say, Ambassador Faelin, since colossal minions take up a lot of board space.

Because he's Plot Twist on a stick, I don't really see him being that integral, unless you're doing some super scammy stuff like Kazakusan into Finley to replace your hand with the treasures. Other than that, I don't really see Aggro decks playing him since he doesn't actually reload the hand.

Good synergy with Ambassador Faelin or any other cards that put cards on the bottom of your deck. Obviously, it's not going to be a Secret Passage-style reload, but if you've got a bad hand or cards on the bottom of your deck that you want to draw, he could be useful. I don't think you'd run him in any normal deck, and probably nothing aggressive, either.

Adorable as ever, and works great with the new cards that put nice stuff at the bottom of the deck. I can see it being played in quite a few decks.
