2/2 for two mana is bad enough. That it'll grant the next card a 2/2 buff is quite something, but your opponent will be able to sniff it a mile away, and you're still giving tempo off to do it, because this card won't really accomplish much on its own, where even simple 1 drops can kill it.
But give it some buffs, and then this one's actually doing something. Too bad it won't be on turn 2, and what are the chances of anyone holding this card in their hand just so this can fulfill its potential? Not much, is my answer.
I thought this replaced its targets stats with its own which would be awful, but it's not so bad as a set-up play I guess. Also scales into the lategame with handbuffs which is nice. I wonder if there'S some way to make this target a specific minion
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Hmm this is a interesting card. I feel like this will see play in some kind of handbuff decks in order to double up on the buffs.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Seems good enough for buff paladin !
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
Love this card one of my favorites so far in the set. Draw set up plus a buff is nice. Stats are not the best but being a mech I can see this being solid in a magnetic handbuff deck in wild.
Casual Dragon Cardgame enthusiast.
and handbuff with legs... not a bad card
I'll guess that Paladin will remain the king of stat buffs, so this looks good.
So the obvious choice is to add Seafloor Savior to a handbuff paladin but holding onto this card just for a +1/+1 buff from Alliance Bannerman isn't good. TBH I doubt this card will see much play, unless additional hand buffs like Smuggler's Run are added to the core set.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
I don't know, I kind of really like this card. It's almost a draw, and it does give extra stats to whatever minion it Dredges. I'm not gonna lie: I think this can see play in Buffy Paladin decks, especially since it can play well with Radar Detector.
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
I'm not sure I get the reference in this flavor text:
"TURTLE PROCURED. ADMINISTRATING BANDAGES AND KISSES. BOO BOO MUST BE ELIMINATED."
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Decent dredging effect, gets better if it's handbuffed itself.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
This one seems quite weird. I guess it's awesome when buffed, but it doesn't seem to be great on its own. Time will tell if there are ways to abuse its effect, though.
